In the UK people can only say they speak Welsh if they live in Wales, this therefore does not give a true representation of the number of Welsh speakers in the UK. People in the other constituent parts of the UK can say they speak ANY other language other than 1 of the oldest languages in the country. Does this seem fair to anyone? 

Hundreds of people, including myself, who speak 1 of  the oldest native languages of these Islands are being denied their right to register their ability to speak their mother tongue whereas a newly arrived migrant can state they speak their non-native language. Discrimination is discrimination, lets put all languages on an equal footing! I call on the UK government to stop discriminating against the Welsh language and allow those outside Wales to answer the Welsh question!
