EU and UN Child Protection Directives To Be Fully Implemented Across Britain
British children presently have no Child Protection Directives to safeguard their legal rights and welfare. Lack of these rights is leaving children at risk of serious harm and death: British children have no independent legal guardian to represent them while reporting crimes and/or while in State Care. The onus of proof is on the child-victim-witness: EU & UN CP Directives state that onus of proof needs to be reversed.
British authorities permit a child's often forced retractions, as grounds for closing a case, even cases against suspects involved in very serious crimes against children, including murder.
British Courts and police are free to and DO, dismiss medical evidence that supports child abuse allegations: Every year thousands of children reporting abuse are coerced to 'retract' and/or their allegations are casually dismissed as 'inconclusive' or else, recorded as 'false', especially, if the child-witness is in State Care.
Thousands of children are suffering more severe abuse in State Care than they might otherwise have suffered on being left with a parent considered by 'experts' to be a 'future emotional risk'. Presently, the majority of those children have NO independent legal representatives. Neither do children who are forcibly adopted.
No one in British authority checks up on the progress and welfare of children in forced adoption; present criminal background checks do very little by way of protecting children from non-identified abusers who use the present, negligent Child Protection System and Family Court secrecy rules, to their own advantage and who use their professional status and social influence to escape investigation or conviction.
The power imbalance between child and offenders is immense and EU Child Protection Directives thoroughly address and negate that power imbalance to the advantage of the child and solely, for purpose of protection and prevention of crimes against children.
