WINNIES STORY For anyone who knows me knows i have been here since i was a child aged 5yrs old.i came over in 1967 on my mothers passport from Malaysia and my mother was made a british citizen in 1967.However after recieving a letter from the home office it has come to light I was not made a british citizen.I have lived here for 47 years I went to coal clough infant and junior Walshaw high school and Burnley high school for girls.I have worked and paid my taxes since i was 16 years of age.I have a national insurance number i have been Crb and pova checked several times by the home office .I have recently had breast cancer and had treatment on the Nhs i can vote i have a mortgage and a driving license and i cannot believe i am being told i am illegal immigrant.They have stopped me from working at my present job as a team leader and i wont be able to pay my mortgage bills. I have 2 children and 2 grandchildren and I have been married and divorced in this country.I am now being told that i have to get indefinate leave to stay in this country which is costing thousands to fight for me to stay.I dont know anyone in Malaysia and cannot speak the language so please if has any photos or memories pleas share as i need evidence.Thankyou scared Winnie x
