Stop the UK guide dogs from unfairly taking a Blind mans dog away.

The British Guide dogs wish to remove a dog from a blind man named Alban Gannon. They are doing this on the grounds of claiming that he is being evasive.

Alban is a UK resident and frequently travels to Ireland with his guide dog named Usher due to family matters in Ireland. The guide dogs have claimed that they have sent him letters which he has tried to explain that he can't read letters due to his blindness, which made him unaware of when he was supposed to meet them to have them check up on his guide dog.

After a few months, the British guide dogs have been giving him very mixed messages stating that there were not taking his dog, only to reverse the decision a few days later. All appeals to try and reverse the decision have been refused. The stress of this situation is having a detrimental effect to Alban's health and well being. Alban has had many guide dogs in the past (30 years) and there was never any problems until recently. He has always and currently is, keeping his guide dog well trained and disciplined for the past 4 years.

This petition is created will the goal of preventing the guide dogs from taking away Alban Gannons guide dog Usher, and to reach a compromise of sorts and have this issue amicably resolved.

Please take a moment to sign this petition so we can get them to reach a solution which will let Alban continue to keep the dog he has had for over 4 years.
