Good morning everyone its been quiet because of the Brexit and the voting. The government shut all their petitions while all this happened I believe which is totally unfair, if you have a government run petition when it reaches 100,000 signatures it automatically gets sent to government to be accessed, all this means is that it will be looked and a discussed as to whether it will be debated on. This means they can still disregard it if they wish and that we now have to again get writing to our local MPs get them on our side so they will fight for us on our cause. hopefully you have all joined Pass wide and slow facebook group https://www.facebook.com/groups/passwideandslow/ were you can find the contact your Mp information. We need to keep sharing to get more signatures, get the media involved and try to keep it in the headline. We had the Pass wide and slow ride in May which was great, we had about 15 rides go from over the uk it would be nice to do this again next year with more rides if possible, if you are interested please contact me through email passwideandslow1@gmail.com or through messenger in face book, hopefully we can all get together and support these rides to bring local education to all your local drivers. we have leaflets for any companies that wish to educate their drivers, if you are a driving instructor, bus company or just want to raise awareness please get in touch, any companies that wish to give the group any offers on their equestrian sells please again contact me.
