Give under 25's a 'National Living Wage'

The Issue

Has Mr Osborne and this Government got a problem with young people?

In the last Parliament, Mr Osborne made them bear the brunt of the early cuts and today he’s done the same. One Nation is not present, rather in fact a two generations divide.

The biggest slap in the face for young people in this Budget is what George Osborne has done on pay. His flagship proposal of a 'National Living Wage' only kicks in at 25, but his cuts to tax credits affect people of all ages. These plans were not outlined in the Tory manifesto and now young people are being worst hit.

It is our duty to support the next generation, not leave them behind. If you take this view, sign this petition and be counted.

Believe the withdrawal of the maintenance grants will hit poorer young students hard too? Sign this petition here.
