Reject the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill
This act grants local authorities, police and even private security firms sweeping powers to bar citizens from assembling lawfully in public spaces. Those who refuse orders under the new rules will face arrest, fines and even prison time. The wording is vague enough to endanger rights to free assembly and protest, this violates human rights and pushes the UK one step closer to a de facto police state.
there is also a direct.gov petition on this issue which can be found at http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/53083.
