as seen in most other countries, dogs are allowed almost everywhere and in some hospitals too. Considering the increasing amount of individuals living alone with their pet, considering the national sentiment of British people sympathy for animals I believe the time has come to ask for more relaxed rules about well behaved dogs and their right to spend time with their owners in shops, restaurants, banks or post office, etc. The fact that any single business can decide wether to allow dogs or not, is often confusing and time has come to ask for transparency about this subject and a sign along with the reasons for a yes or no should be clearly be stuck on the door of the premises.
