Today is Earth Day and there is some very good news from the USA on the climate emergency with Biden committing to reduce CO2 emissions by half by 2030.
 
It’s really helpful to know we have agency of our own and that we can all do things locally too. One action which can help is ensuring complex biodiversity continues as it’s really this that makes the ecosystems of the world tick and feeds us the very oxygen and nutrition we need for a healthy planet.
 
By helping stop the number of birds killed on Wales roofs and buildings due to cruel bird deterrents you are contributing in a helpful way to maintaining biodiversity.
 
Thanks to your recent action the petition to the Welsh Government has now almost reached 400 in 48 hours.
 
Can you push the petition to the magic 500 mark? Share the petition with your friends by email or social media. Ask them to sign and share too if you feel able to?
 
No bird deserves to die because of such cruel bird deterrent measures. Help stop the killing of endangered birds such as the Herring Gull and other birds in Wales who simply want a place to land and thrive.

Add a few words about what you feel by the fact that some birds get hurt or killed by bird deterrents.
 
Help get this petition to 500 and let the birds fly (and land safely) and help ensure birds such as the Herring Gull do not get more endangered and can continue to thrive on this amazing beautiful planet of ours!
