Shelagh Fogarty has been covering the ridiculous situation of loved ones not being able to physically visit their loved ones in care and nursing homes.   

The callers' stories like my own are distressing and almost unbelievable considering pubs are open, workers are back in the office and we are being actively encouraged to get back to normal life.
