Failing DVSA waste 156 days on phone calls....
Given the biggest backlog in history of ADI Part 2 and Part 3 exams, with most test centres showing no availability at all and candidates having to book on hold.
Now the failing DVSA has proudly announced that it's examiners have completed over 2500, 30 minute "engagement calls" before Standards Checks.
Instead of wasting their time sat in the office perhaps the 156 days that equates to could have actually have been used to deliver tests!!
Since the start of this petition when we called for the renaming of "Enforcement Officers" and for the DVSA to be clear about both the criteria for standards checks and its use of registration numbers when cars are presented for test, they've now addressed all of these.
More than NASP has accomplished in entire existence!
