The issues around SEND are causing harm to so many families https://x.com/Abuse_Kent/status/2101274066690699728 MP state hundreds of deaths due to authority misconduct.
It's not just a problem within SEND, it's a severe problem that run right to the very core of Council officials misconduct, severe neglect / safeguarding failure cover-ups, and behind closed door data deletion "Fraud". Council official are committing UNLAWFUL ACTS simply because they know can get away with it, believing they are of course above UK law and untouchable?- Council officials misconduct isn't just a disgrace it's mostly criminal.

Diagnosed with nonverbal autism spectrum & severe learning disabilities which stem from an infection... Meningitis of the brain.
Despite having a formal diagnosis of nonverbal autism spectrum, severe learning disabilities & needing 24/7 supervision. Kent County Council... Social Services, Dover Housing sector & even the Local Ombudsman department have for a number of years tried continuously to coverup multiple failures of public duty to protect & safeguard a vulnerable autistic teenage girl?
Which included in our complaint to the local ombudsman department was video footage of verbal abuse etc & indecent exposures being committed against us by a previous neighbour & his family for a number of years- Recorded by Social Services, reported to Dover Housing sector, Dover Council ant-Social department / Police & even the local ombudsman department , who stated during a phone conversation that they were going to forward a copy of the CCTV footage to the police... but Kent authorities have seemingly covered it all up, along with all their own failures & neglect of public duty.
After putting in a number of complaints of concerns into the Kent Authorities... Kent County Council , Dover Housing "Homechoice" then unlawfully evicted a extremely vulnerable autistic teenage girl throughout COVID lockdown in 2020-21, & then early 2022 unlawfully removed her from education behind our back.
Throughout the whole 6MTHS my autistic daughter was homeless in 2021... Kent County Council didn't once make contact to ask if my vulnerable autistic girl was safe.
I thought Councils & the local ombudsman had a legal duty to safeguard the most vulnerable in our society... Not to neglect, discriminate, or engage in repeated coverups.
2021 after being evicted by Dover council we moved to Folkestone, 2022 this previous abusive neighbours family/friends tracked us down at our new address in Folkestone... & their brain dead criminal low life scum behaviour continues... Banging or aggressively kicking our front door & running off, Messing/disconnecting our phone cables, dumping their rubbish over our back garden.
Nobody should have to deal or put up with such abusive behaviour on a regular daily basis. People who choose to spend their time abusing other people just for the fun of it should be named & shamed .

Have no lessons been learnt by the UK Government authorities from this past "avoidable" tragedy
What action am I calling for... & by whom? This is a very good question... Since 2015 I have lost count to the multiple complaint systems I have been through... All resulted in no further investigation or action to be taken. Blatantly covered up by the UK Government authorities.
So, with this all kept in mind... I am really interested in knowing what other members of the general public would do in a similar situation?
