The Orange County Workers Information Project (OCWIP), upholding Martin Luther King's teachings that "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere," respectfully petitions the unions and organizations known as OCVIP, UFCW Local 324 and OCLF  to establish rights for its own workers who work to demand respect and dignity for the workers of El Super. Those workers who come to work in the unions daily to march in the picket lines, march without paid sick days, health care, a full time 40 hour work week and sometimes even lack of water.

We are stepping out of the picket line to stand in full solidarity with El Super workers whose oppression we have discovered to be our own. Please support this petition and tell our unions that they too must maintain the ethics to treat their workers with respect, dignity and justice through more hours of work, sick days, and healthcare benefits.

OCWIP believes that without workers rights, nothing is right!
