No young pastor should have to be put on a tied spot for a  life long decision, taken by  church authorities in order for them(pastor) to get married or progress in ministry by denying them an opportunity to have children at will. It should be a personal choice, not conditional and circumstantial based decided by an organization .

When pastors leave(volunteerly) or are chased away (most of the time) from the institution how will they live with the thought that they won't have children knowing that they didn't have a choice or a say.

The institution does not even offer reversal of the procedure (expense) if they are are the ones terminating  the Prs contract for what ever reason 

It's inhumane to the core.

Labor department, social development and council of churches in South Africa should look and dig deeper into this sad tragedy we see our young brothers going through.

Our African young brothers are held hostage by conman who have no interest in the future of this continent. They are here for the silver and gold. 

This war is not the one of guns and bullets, it's mental attack its a psychological warfare that they're been put through.
