"ZOT! ZOT! ZOT!"

This is the call of the anteater.  Any student that attends UC Irvine will know this simple phrase.  They may love it, they may hate it, but they will know it.  It is a basic, yet key, part of any Anteater's identity.

There are many "zot" or "anteater" named locations on campus.  From the convenience store "Zot-n-Go" to the "Anteatery" dining hall, students are faced with these puns on a daily basis.  Even some parking lots are given this treatment, as Zone 4 is comprised mainly of the Anteater Parking Structure (APS).

However, it is clear that there was a missed pun opportunity when this structure was originally built, as "zot" is a perfect rhyme with the "lot" in 'parking lot.'  This petition aims to rectify the issue by convincing the UCI Transportation and Distribution Services to rename the structure in Zone 4 to "Parking Zot," with other acceptable changes being "Zot Lot" or "Anteater Parking Zot (APZ)."
