Right now, Glaz is starting to approach the level of overpoweredness that Blackbeard once held, and it is clearly visible in the ESL Rainbow Six: Siege Pro League. He makes pushes easy and not enjoyable for the defenders to defend from, as well as the viewers to watch him shoot at glowing yellow targets through smoke with ease. A large majority of NA pro players have spoken out against Glaz and have stated playing as him and against him is near unbearable. Glaz needs to be removed from the game, replaced with a brand new operator/ability, re-balanced completely once again, and/or (for a quick fix solution) banned from Pro League play. This petition may not do much, but at least we can let ESL and Ubisoft know the amount of people that find this to be an issue. So please help in the #GoAwayGlaz movement!
