Remove bad and unbalanced maps from ranked to put it inline with competitive Rainbow 6. Specifically Hereford and Fortress are terribly designed and should be restricted to casual and the outdated maps that are no longer viable with new operators and site rotation parameters.

On top of this the casual mode should be updated to reflect the casual modes in games such as League of Legends where you can still have an engaging experience in the unranked game modes. This would mean using the same round format as ranked however a wider pool of maps, no ranked pressure and no pick and ban.
