Dear Ubisoft,

We are passionate players and dedicated fans of your immersive worlds, especially titles like The Crew 2, The Crew Motorfest, and Riders Republic. These games offer incredible single-player experiences that many of us wish to enjoy over and over again.

However, we are currently unable to do so due to a significant missing feature: the option to start a "New Game."

The inability to reset our progress and start fresh fundamentally limits the replayability of these titles. Players should have the right to relive their journey from the beginning, to experience the progression and discovery once more, or to share the game with family members on the same account without overwriting a completed save file.

This issue touches upon a broader concern about player ownership and control in an always-online environment. While we understand the online infrastructure, basic functionalities like starting a new save file should be a standard feature in any single-player focused experience. The recent "Stop Killing Games" movement, which emerged partly due to the shutdown of the original The Crew, highlights how strongly players feel about preserving their gaming experiences. Adding a "New Game" option would be a positive step towards honoring that player commitment.

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that Ubisoft implements a "New Game" or "New Save Slot" feature in both new and existing online-based single-player games, with a special focus on The Crew series and Riders Republic.

By listening to your community on this matter, you will not only improve the quality of your games but also build significant goodwill with the players who invest their time and money into the worlds you create.
