How would you feel if you were told of a new feature, which created a new sort of social aspect... but when you came across it, it was broken?

This is the exact issue many players are putting up with in Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag"

Recently, alot of players have noticed that the Social Event system is completely broke or cheating them, the two most common complaints being about:
- Events not Spawning at all
- Events that have expired still showing up on the map

These two bugs has caused alot of havoc with certain aspects of the game, the two most common being 100% Challenges and the "Sharing is Caring" Trophy/Achievement.

Personally I feel deprived of my gaming experience by this bug and I'm sure alot of other players do too, but all we're asking as a community is for this system to be fixed either by increasing the probability of events spawning or creating "fixed positions" for them to keep spawning
