PROBLEM

Hereford Base has gotten a makeover and it looks great, but many of us love the original Hereford Base, which was the very first map prototyped for Rainbow Six Siege and we would like to have it back!

The aim of the rework was to make serious adjustments to the map to address previously encountered gameplay issues, and to raise the standards of what’s expected for competitive play. Overall, the map looks a bit familiar, but this new Hereford Base different map. It lacks the exhilarating fun factor many of us were experiencing while playing on the original map. Here is a detailed review of the original map.

The relatively small size of the original map, paired with its relative openness, destructibility and verticality allowed for quick and fun experiences on the original Hereford Base while attacking or defending. 

Based on the feedback from Rainbow Six Siege players I play with/against, as well as my loyal followers, I have come to realization that there is a substantial number of players who like the reworked Hereford Base, but would also love to see the original map in the "Casual" game mode.

PROPOSED SOLUTION

We would like to ask Ubisoft to return the original Hereford Base into the casual map rotation as a standalone map.

I am a big Rainbow Six Siege fan, a player and an Instagram influencer, who would like to grow and preserve this wonderful community we've built around arguably one of the best FPS shooters of this generation.
