You may not use ride sharing but I guarantee you know someone who does or who will. I am a driver and have stopped, I have two dependents who rely on me and have no other income. I have stopped because I care for the well being of not only my family, but I am doing this unselfishly for you! 

We need to take example from Italy on how serious this disease is. Thousands and soon to be millions of people will be affected or even worse die or lose a loved one.

Companies like Uber, Lyft and Taxi companies need to stop operating immediately. Uber had promised to provide its drivers disinfectant and cleaning supplies to protect its drivers as well passenger's, to date there has been nothing provided, I know this as I drive for Uber. 

I have called our support team on several occasions and get the same answer each time, they are working on it, this was in a two week span and the same answer given to me each time. I have also been in contact with the media and they seem more worried about the number of infections as well deaths due to this outbreak, they do not want to assist me on prevention measures. 

These companies are more worried about thier bottom line, monetary health before thier contractors or employees as well passenger's lives are not on the forefront or concern.

Please sign this petition to get these companies to respect the health and welfare of all those around the world and do thier part to protect humanity. It is important to share this also friends. We owe this to our families, our neighbors and ourselves.
