We all understand the hike in fuel prices, but we customers are already paying what's asked for Ac cab ( uber / ola) but still the drivers decided not to turn on the AC. what more ? They are removing the ac unit from the car. It's been 35°c in Kolkata the fare of Uber & Ola are already higher than the Yellow Taxi's out there. The drivers behaviour are getting worse this days they don't care about whether there is a female in their cab. We have been harassed several times . We don't want 20% back in our uber account we want AC in our ride that's what we are paying for.
