U.S. Supreme Court: REJECT Donald Trump’s claim of “Total Immunity” for alleged crimes.

U.S. Supreme Court: REJECT Donald Trump’s claim of “Total Immunity” for alleged crimes.
The Issue
WHEREAS the foundation of the United States is based on democracy and the “Rule of Law” and the pillar that “No man is above the law”, and the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled unanimously against Mr. Trump’s immunity claim;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the U.S. Supreme Court shall, in 2024, uphold these principles and REJECT Donald J. Trump’s absurd claim of “absolute Presidential immunity”, which does not, and should not exist in the history of U.S. Law.
On, and leading up to, January 6, 2021, Mr. Trump allegedly engaged in insurrection and our nation watched, on live television, an attack on Congress and our Capitol building in Washington DC. On Jan. 13, 2021, Mr. Trump was impeached, on a bipartisan basis, for his part.
Since Jan. 6, 2021, it is alleged, through evidence and testimony, that Mr. Trump led a complex scheme of “Fake Electors” in key states to commit fraud regarding the Electoral College. Some of Mr. Trump's alleged key co-conspirators have pled guilty and cooperated with the U.S. Dept. of Justice in its just prosecution of Mr. Trump.
Also, it is alleged that Mr. Trump wrongly took hundreds of Classified, Top Secret documents, belonging to the Federal Government, and stored them at his Florida home. Most documents have been recovered but alleged crimes were committed in their taking and obstructing their recovery. These documents are of the highest national security interest.
Currently, Mr. Trump has 4 criminal indictments, from grand jury deliberations by ordinary citizens, and charged with nearly 90 felonies. Yet, Mr. Trump wrongly claims “immunity” from the law.
Furthermore, "continued delay in the resolution of these charges threatens to frustrate the public interest in a speedy and fair trial… as it involves federal criminal charges against a former president for alleged criminal efforts to overturn the results of the presidential election…”
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Trump’s claim of “absolute immunity” be REJECTED by the U.S. Supreme Court. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that he stand trial, as any citizen would, for his alleged crimes against democracy and the American people. No man is above the law.
