Recently many who have been applying for student F1 visa have been denied a visa or were returned at the port of entry. Others have been wrongfully denied change of status to F1 student visas. Most of the affected students come from India or China? Hundreds of Indian students are being denied entry to the U.S., but nobody knows why Indians students' denials have skyrocketed and we are asking the US Congress and President Obama to ease the pain of many who want to study in one of the institutions of the United States.? It is discriminatory for the government to pick on a few specific countries and deny their visas. ? Moreover, student visas' industry is a multi billion dollar industry and brings many talents to the United States. As such we are asking that the government to make the F1 student visa an easy process on foreign students! Thank you.
