Here's the problem... Lawmakers have told the SBA "You're doing it wrong!", lawyers have sued... and ours is one of two petitions on change.org and that doesn't factor in all the calls and emails people have undoubtedly sent... BUT... THE SBA REMAINS SILENT!

Their illegal defiance of the law WILL BE MET WITH CONSEQUENCES. We've got to SCREAM to the SBA to PAY THE FULL $10,000 ADVANCE (GRANT) NOW.

Jovita Carranza became the SBA Administrator on January 14, 2020, so for a short time, you can roll with "she's new, give her a break", BUT she has been told by SO MANY people (most importantly LAWMAKERS) that she is violating the law and not even TRIED to address the matter, it's time to DEMAND her REMOVAL from her post and put someone in there that can do the job properly... like... maybe ANY ONE OF US small business owners!

We have to keep striking while the iron is hot, so please share this petition again and ask everyone you know to sign it. Business owner or not, EVERYONE is affected in some way by this act of wanton negligence by Jovita Carranza.

The time is NOW for accountability and FUNDING!
