Thousands of Havana syndrome victims have suffered from the symptoms of microwave and radiofrequency attacks since before the attacks on U.S. Diplomats on Cuban soil were exposed, in 2016. However, these people are not being treated with the same respect as U.S. Diplomats. Civilian casualties are being called "tin-foil hat conspiracy theorists" and "mentally-ill," when, in fact, we can give more of the news to the public than paid, advertised media; we are the victims suffering from the symptoms at best, dying from it at worst. Some of us are being called schizophrenics. Some of us are being used to share minds--literally. Some of us are being fooled into believing we can hear the voice of God. Some of us are also becoming victims of satanic ritual abuse by the same people or associated parties to the terrorists. 

As informative as the government appears to be, they're not sharing the bulk of the symptoms. They're not even sharing the bulk of the casualties. But this terrorist attack is expanding to cover the entire globe, and our people need to know what we're up against. Because our children are targets, and our women are being targeted, and our businesses are already plagued. I know, because that's one place where I was gangstalked, and I could see the signs in others that I couldn't explain. Signs of anomalous behavior. But I've also seen it out on the streets, and it terrifies me that we're not being prepared. Why are they targeting us? There are many reasons but one keeps coming up: world population control that is seeping into the cracks of a corrupted nation through what has MADE this world corrupted: racism, chauvinism, witchcraft, white supremacy, extremist nationalism, religious abuse, idolatry, among others.

Hearing a sudden loud noise, pain in one or both ears, feeling of pressure or vibrations in the head, tinnitus, visual problems, vertigo, nausea, cognitive difficulties, sleep deprivation/insomnia, fatigue and dizziness--these are the primary symptoms of Havana syndrome. But they're not the only ones. Other symptoms include remote neural monitoring for the purpose of manipulation, for torture, for health manipulation, and for population control. This is my testimony as a victim: that, somehow, they are using radiofrequency to connect minds and manipulate, change and even reverse thought processes, or make them work backwards. In this capacity, they can even change the way the rest of your body works. They can give you false memories, cause you to fall asleep driving or cross a street without noticing. They can give you a false sense of security or a false sense of danger. They can make you apathetic to a sensitive event or make someone seem more attractive than they actually are. They can change your sexual orientation. They can make you listen to certain sounds for a prolonged time. They can manipulate your fight-flight mechanism, so that you won't run in an emergency situation. They can even make you think you're someone else, through what they call the "two minds," which I believe is a union of minds through some radiofrequency invasive work. Believing some of their imagery is the beginning of the worst of their injuries--this is how they get into your vestibular channels and start wrecking havoc in your thought process.

Today, as a victim of DEW since 2018, I can attest to the horrors that come from being a victim of DEW attacks. The neurological symptoms don't let you live, think, breathe. Seeking medical help that doesn't end the symptoms or the attacks only worsens your symptoms with anxiety. Some days, it feels like it's all just a dream and it'll end soon. But the reality of it is that it's a never-ending nightmare. Some people might be targets twenty-four-seven. They use us as practice targets and sex toys. We're being tortured and molested. They target us on social media, to the point of manipulating advertisements to create triggers. They steal our voice to use it for torture against relatives and friends. We can even hear the voices of the perpetrators say when there are rehearsals, but we have no way to prove it. Sending tips to the FBI appears to be moot, since you never get a call from a single agent. And yet I know that I'm being attacked on a daily, regular basis. What's worse, the police keeps closing my reports, even when I have evidence of possible identity theft that appears to be linked to the attacks. 

Which is why I'm requesting the government to amend the HAVANA Act to work for civilians, too. We are witnessing a real, actual, continuous electronic and informational war that has DEW as a surprise Christmas present that the government has not even clearly warned us about and which they are not protecting us from at all. I experience attacks when I go to the bank to get money, when I'm putting in my credit card information online, when I go into Facebook, when I log in to my email account. I experience attacks when I go to take a shower and when I try to go to sleep. I experience attacks at the movies, where I have even almost fainted after a movie, after a neurological attack that appeared to be linked to character deaths. I can't even think about the idea of having a friend, and sending a message online causes me fear. I don't know when the perps will attack next or even how they listen to what I'm doing, to cast the attacks. There are THOUSANDS of us living this way in the United States, many of us who have been targets for tens of years, some since childhood. But the government made HAVANA Act for DIPLOMATS. 

It's time for the government to stop hiding and acknowledge us. The government CANNOT hide behind our mental illnesses any more. Havana has HAPPENED. The government CANNOT call us liars now. Now, those crazy conspiracy theorists who live inside Faraday cages in their homes and shower wearing Mylar outfits who make videos on YouTube about cannons shooting radiofrequency waves from the sky start earning the credibility of people like me, who, unexplainably, have become targets of actually insane people who use mass destruction weapons made from microwaves to terrorize, experiment and murder. What is worse, if businesses are being targeted, if employers are being targeted, then it means our economy is being targeted. We could be headed to another 9/11. In fact, I believe we're already there.
