Uphold Inc has been withdrawing money from hundreds of accounts and the gains, stating the ach didn't go through. Banks have clearly expressed the ach was never attempted. Uphold Inc is not just refunding themselves the amount plus gains, but are withdrawing the money when price is high and long after an actual ach would have been denied. In their legal terms they state they will notify costumers if there is an issue. Uphold Inc has not notified anyone about any ach issues, but instead blocks your account and states things like account seems fraudulent and they seize your assets. They also say your account may be closed due to ach denial, even though they are the ones not submitting it. Please help us get this petition to reach the SEC. We are living in times where corporations are trying to prevent the transfer of wealth to the small people.
