Last week we met with the Department of Homeland Security and received news that the DHS has signed and approved Temporary Protected Status for Nepal!!! While we are waiting for a final announcement from USCIS, the DHS has confirmed, and we will find out more about the effective date and when applications will start to be accepted very soon. This will be historic for our community and will help SO many people! Thank you to all of you who have singed our petitions, letters, contacted representatives, and put your energy behind this!
