Petition to nullify the election of Donald J. Trump as POTUS

Petition to nullify the election of Donald J. Trump as POTUS
The Issue
The election of Donald J. Trump needs to be nullified. There are too many serious disqualifiers - including pending criminal charges - and before he can take the oath of office on January 20, 2017, those issues need to be completely and absolutely resolved. The top four disqualifying issues are:
- The interference in our election by Russia.
- Donald J. Trump's many business conflicts-of-interest.
- The pending charges against Donald J. Trump in regard to the rape of a teen-age girl.
- The pending charges against Donald J. Trump in regard to the sexual assault of more than a dozen women.
- Neither Vladimir Putin nor any other agents of the government of Russia, nor agents working on behalf of Russia, either hacked the DNC's emails, or spread false internet propaganda, in order to sway the 2016 Presidential election in the favor of Donald J. Trump. Failure on Mr. Trump's part to prove that our election was not hijacked, and that no cheating took place, will disqualify him from serving as our President, and nullify his election.
- Donald J. Trump and his immediate family must immediately divest themselves of any and all business interests, both national and international, to avoid any hint of a conflict of interest. Failure or refusal to fully divest will result in the nullification of his election, due to the conflict-of-interest it causes.
- While charges are pending against Mr. Trump for the rape of a minor, he should not be allowed to be sworn-in as our President. All charges against Donald J, Trump in this case need to be resolved, with a complete exoneration of Mr. Trump, before he can be sworn in. Should this case be settled out-of-court, the settlement would not result in an exoneration, therefore Mr. Trump's election should then be nullified.
- While charges are pending against Mr. Trump for the sexual assault of more than a dozen victims, he should not be allowed to be sworn-in as our President. All charges against Donald J, Trump in these cases need to be resolved, with a complete exoneration of Mr. Trump in every one of them, before he can be sworn in. Should any of these cases be settled out-of-court, that would not result in an exoneration, and Mr. Trump's election should then be nullified.
Considering the strange, childish, impulsive, and often aberrant behavior of Donald J. Trump, I would also move that, before he can be sworn-in as our 45th President, Donald J. Trump submit to psychological testing by at least three qualified and independent psychiatrists - to remain unnamed until after they interview him - to determine whether or not Mr. Trump is psychologically fit to serve as our Commander-in-chief. These medical experts would also be shown videotape of some of his more extreme behavior. Only if he passes the psychological evaluations of all three experts would he remain qualified to become President.
Furthermore, if these charges/issues - and others of significant level, which may have yet to be discovered - are not satisfactorily cleared, I move that the election of Mr. Trump be nullified, in which case, the President Pro-Tem would serve out the 2016 term.
