We've had over 44K views on our "Widows Petition", yet we haven't gotten to the 5000 signature mark, which is the moment the media begins to be curious. Getting media coverage would catapult widow awareness and turn into direct action.

Last week, MWC Team and Global Fund for Widows Team were honored to attend UN Women Virtual (CSW65), Commission on the Status of Women. We were grateful to have WIDOWS as a Topic of Focus for the first time in 25 years.... yet, there is still little recognition of the crisis for widows worldwide or the need to raise awareness for widows globally.  

It made us realize that signing and sharing this petition is vitally IMPORTANT today than ever before. We will continue advocating until the millions of voiceless widows' are seen and heard. Thank YOU for CARING FOR WIDOWS!!!
