This week, Gina and I, along with Heather and Jack from Global Fund for Widows, are attending the UNWomen Commission on the Status of Women #CSW65 virtual conference. After 25 years, WIDOWS became a TOPIC OF FOCUS and recognized along with all the other topics of concern. We were honored to be on several ZOOM calls with many champions worldwide advancing widows rights. The time has come to make widows matter. Congratulations to all those who worked tirelessly for years in order for widows to finally be recognized at UNWOMEN & CSW65. Audacious and necessary progress for widow rights.
