Judge TS Ellis III who ruled previously that the trademarks for We Buy Houses and WeBuyHouses. com were generic has again ruled stunning blows against the big corporate WBH Marketing, Inc. and Jeremy Brandt.  

In the latest rulings, Judge Ellis ruled that all damages claims for trademark infringements, etc. are dismissed and further that WBH's "reconsideration" motion is also dismissed.

Case closed!  WeBuyHouses. com loses!  David defeats Goliath!
