This is a major victory for real estate investors everywhere thanks to Express Homebuyers LLC who filed the lawsuit and saw it through.

U.S. District Judge T. S. Ellis III (also on the Paul Manafort trial) ordered that the trademarks for “we buy houses” and for “webuyhouses .com” are to be canceled because they are generic (which is what we have been saying all along).
