A national park has been reduced to a parking lot because NPS isn't enforcing parking laws. Dozens upon dozens of buses are parked or cruising looking for open illegal spots.  ANY bus that is parallel parked at Hains Point is doing so illegally. These buses are a hazard to users of the park there often aggressive driving behavior puts cyclists, runners and other park users in unnecessary risk.
