The National Park Service and U.S Fish and Wildlife Service have issued new guidance to permit more hunting and trapping in multiple wildlife preserves throughout the state of Alaska. These new permits loosen the restrictions on hunting bears, wolves and their offspring in their dens. This new decision indirectly grants hunters to use cruel tactics in hunting. If this guidance isn't stopped, it will have a major impact on sustainable wildlife management and could very well be expanded to other states as well.
