You helped us pass the PAST Act through the U.S. House of Representatives in 2019 and now we can do the same with the Horseracing Integrity Act to end doping. 

Horses are dying at alarming rates in the U.S. after being pumped full of drugs. Then they collapse, or breakdown; break legs; and die. 

Last month, the Department of Justice handed down nearly 40 indictments: trainers, veterinarians, and others involved in the biggest doping scheme American horseracing has ever seen. 

But there is hope. Under the new House Rules, a bill can be passed when it garners 290 cosponsors, and the Horseracing Integrity Act has 250 today. We passed the PAST Act with 290+ cosponsors and the PACT Act with 290+ cosponsors as well. Let's do it again!
