Every Year as summer days reach high temperatures we here more Babies , Young children, or dogs being left alone in hot vehicles,  leading to heat stroke and in many cases death.  Parents and pet owners everywhere should be held accountable arrest and or fines should be made,  none of them should be allowed to ever file charges , or law suits against the person saving or attempting to save the life of a child or animal.        any  person attempting to save a life from a hot vehicle and even a freezing cold vehicle in the winter months should have the same punishment.  there is no excuse to allow the neglectful parent or pet owner to walk away from these incidents nor seek restitution in any way for a broken window due to , their own actions.            

16  states have made it legal at this point to save a dog from a hot car , tennessee  has joined in that effort now,.  we need this nationwide  shamefully there are too many people that are not grasping the harm in unattended children and pets , don't penalize the hero's .  they should however call 911 many of us with phones do or should have a blue tooth to call while saving a life,  and if not a passerby may have one in any case another person should be notified and asked to make the 911 call,    

 and parents  that leave their child in a hot car ,  are never charged , this is not right charges need to be filed against each and every one of them there is no excuse .  and maybe those who say they forgot the child was there will be minimized because they will have to think about that child in the back seat if they are threatened with charges as they should be,
