In pertinent part, it states, "I am happy to cosponsor H.R. 3976...Be assured that I will continue to support H.R. 3976, and I will continue to monitor all measures that would affect care for individuals with chronic kidney disease with your views in mind." My response: Thank you for your letter of March 19th, 2018, supporting H.R. 3976, the Access to Marketplace Insurance Act .
