As stated in Article II, Section 4 of the United States Constitution:

“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

As stated on Article III, Section 3 of the United States Constitution:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.”

By releasing and transferring the top 5 Taliban commanders held at Guantanamo Bay military prison, President Obama has adhered himself to the enemies of the United States, and given them aid and comfort in so doing. Since their release, these former prisoners have publicly stated their intentions to continue attacks against American interests as well as American citizens. President Obama had admitted his actions on national television before millions of witnesses, thus providing a confession of his crime. In accordance with the articles on the United States Constitution, President Obama is guilty of treason and should, therefore, be removed from office by the Congress of the United States. Should the members of Congress fail to do so, then, by extension, they are also guilty of providing aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States through the implicit condoning of the President’s actions, and, therefore, will also be guilty of treason.
