Our coalition has been informed that the House should consider the Emmett Till Unsolved Civil Rights Crimes Restoration Act of 2016 during its "suspension of rules" fast track session as early as Monday afternoon. If it passes, the Senate could fast track the House version and approve the Reauthorization Act before they adjourn next week. CSPAN will be carrying the vote live when it happens (approx. guess is anywhere between 2:30 and 6 on Monday.) We will follow up as soon as we learn more on Monday.
