Denial and disbelief enables more abuse against innocent children. There isn't a group that understands this truth better than survivors of child sexual abuse. We have faced the unimaginable and we have been witness to the disbelief, rejection and denial within our own families. We are seeking a justice that we justly deserve. And by passing the Child Victims Act, we are also protecting future children from further abuse from these silent perpetrators that hide behind the statute of limitations.
