My nephew Justis Rae Burland was murdered by a caregiver who had a cps history with him and his twin brother. Because there is no national database she was able to simply move to another state where the abuse continued until my nephew was dead. This isn’t the first time this has happened and a National database would’ve helped stop the senseless deaths of innocent children. Just last week a lady killed a can full of kids be leaving the state where the CPS investigation was on going.
