What do you think? Was this the right decision? This guy drags his cat for 6 blocks that had the cats blood on them and the judge gave him his cat back. The cat had severe injuries to its paws. Why was his cat given back to him, for him to do more harm. This is what I mean when I say so much abuse is going on and nothing is done about it. Yes he was fined, has to have a psychological evaluation and 12 months probation. Some might think that should be enough for his crime. Okay I am going to let you think that is okay, but, he should never got his cat back and should never be allow to own a pet again. I feel that cat could still be in danger. I don't know how many abusers have killed after the first episode with an animal. Some move on to bigger targets which is our kids. Please go to:

Sign petition for stiffer punishment for abusers as well as to get rid of kill shelters. Nothing against the employees who do their job but there are way too many animals being abused and/or killed and it has to be stopped. Please find it in your heart to help our animals.
