I know some don't believe in petitions. I can not say that my petition is what made Delaware change, but I can say since I started this petition there have been quite a lot of changes. Still need more changes but they can not all be made at one time. I wish they could and all change for the good. If you read up to see the new changes in the last year or so, you will see what I am talking about. This petition goes directly to the House of Representatives. I was told they receive this after so many signatures so they receive this more than once. I would like to feel that we have made a difference and we still can if we stick together and speak up for the animals. This petition is for every animal no matter size, breed or color.as all get abused one way or another. Now I am asking you to please help us to keep helping to improve the animals rights and Help, Sign and please Share!! I need all the help I can get in sharing this petition to help the animals. This petition is nothing without you so it is our petition. Lets show that we will not give up on the animals. Too many animals have been abused and/or killed and it has to be stopped. Too many abusers walk away with a slap and too many animals are being killed in kill shelters. Nothing against the employees who do their job, just too many are being killed. Abused animals can be sent to a kill shelter and like it wasn't enough for the abuse, they are also put on death row. Yes that is right Death Row. Some only have hours, or a day or two to be adopted out and if not they are killed. The laws are changing for puppy mills etc also so now is the time to keep the pressure on.
