If you have any information please contact authorities. Some body has cut up dogs and puppies and stuffed them in bags and dropped them on a street in Michigan. We can not let the abuse and/or killing of animals keep going on as strong as it is now. Stiffer punishment is needed in every State and make them strong enough to make the abuser or killer think twice before doing their crime. No animal deserves this. Too many animals are being abuse and/or killed and we have to stop it. We need to stand up and take stand for them as they can not defend their self. They need to get rid of kill shelters nothing against the employees who do their job but it is killing too many animals. Every type of animal can be abused or killed. This petition is not for one certain animal but for them all. Please I am asking you to please find it in your heart to help, sign and share!
