This guy is on his 3rd time in harming animals. He should had been given a sentence the first time that was so harsh that he would never think of harming anything again. Sign petition demanding stiffer punishment for all abusers as well as to get rid of kill shelters. Nothing against the employees who are doing their job but there are way too many animals being abuse and/or killed and it has to be stopped. No more slapping wrists and setting them free.
