This is crazy! This was abuse. Why did't anyone have to pay as animal abuse is a crime. This is always happening. No one gets charged, dog goes to kill shelter and killed there, the animals suffer and no one else does. This is all so wrong. Sign petition demanding stiffer punishment for all abusers and also to get rid of kill shelters. Too many animals are being abuse and/or killed and it has to be stopped. We are their only hope.
