Someone is getting away with this crime if no one steps up and let them know who owned this dog. This poor was tied to a house with a sever damaged leg. It was only hanging by the bone, no flesh it had rotted. His leg had to be amputated. How long did that poor dog suffered? This is where one law should or must be changed. The police should be made to get involved and find out who did live there. They need to be charged for their crime. It has been proven animals do have feelings and I know that had to hurt. Sign the petition demanding stiffer punishment for all abusers against all animals, change laws and to get rid of kill shelters. Nothing against the employees who do their job but there are way too many animals being killed and it has to be stopped. Animals can not speak they need all of us to come together to help them.
