This man stabbed a cat, threw it off the third floor balcony. When he noticed the cat was not dead he ran down stairs and outside to finish the cat off by stomping on it and saying, "Your dead to this world!" He did this in front of children. He later made threats to a neighbor who witnessed his behavior. The article says he can get up to 10 months in jail. I ask, What kind of punishment is that? That cat did not have a choice to be loved or abused, nor did he have a choice of life or death. He will not be able to own an animal for 5 years. Then what, he can do it again?
