I know you might remember I just wrote about this. Yes I did. But now there is another article that I just read that even makes me more upset than before, and I am sure it will you too. I am asking everyone who has not sign petition to please do so. I am asking everyone to please share anyway you know how. This should had never happened. It is said that several years ago this farm was checked out but there was no insufficient evidence. Ok maybe so. But in 1995 ( I am not going to give name but it is in the article) this person had been charged with 100 counts of animal neglect when 200 cats were removed from this property. It looks like to me it would be 200 counts of neglect if there was 200 cats involved. They never get charged for all the crime they have done it seems like. That is still not the worst part. The Sheriff says that those charges were indefinitely postponed. What? Are you kidding me? There was a crime committed and no one was charged for it. This is why the laws need changed. No more letting them go with a slap on the wrist. I am sure those poor cats had to have suffered. This is why we all need to pull together to help our animals. Nothing against the employees doing their job, but too many animals are being abused and/or killed and it has to be stopped. The laws need to be changed in each State and make them all the same but a lot stiffer than they are now. No criminal should walk without paying for what they did. If laws were stiff enough and this lady had been charged before and was told never to have animals again along with a stiff sentenced, she might had thought twice about letting this happen. Also knowing that the second time around would be worst than the first time. I don't know how bad those cats had suffered, but I know these horses really suffered to break glass doors and to tear the siding off the house to try to find something to eat. The ones that did not make it, had a slow death, but they all suffered. Our Animals need all of US to help them. There is no justice for them. This petition is not just for one certain animal or one certain kind of animal. It is for all animals as every type of animal has been abused in some way. Please Help, Sign, and please share.
